I have no idea what you are talking about but I suspect you are going away from supporting meritocracy and leaning towards a communist type belief that the elitists can create a utopian system where everyone is equal. Impossible to do without robbing or killing someone so that someone else gets an unearned benefit. Diversity-equity-inclusivity is complete bull **** and is an intentional action to destroy a merit-based society. The same can be said for ESG investing.

More spending would lead to reduced supply and more demand which can create a two-way street. It can benefit workers as they work more and get paid. But also may be exploited into being overworked and underpaid.
