The concept of a "God-given destiny" is not real. It is a delusional belief that patriotic extremists make to claim that a country is better than the rest. The only lands I can consider holy are Palestine and Israel because they appear in religious texts. Even then, there is no other evidence of the blessing of those lands other than the holy scripture.
