“For anyone new getting welfare it should be announced this will happen before people think they can keep having kids to get a pay cheque.. For existing welfare recipients, it should be given a chance to sobor up if not they will have to go on a drug program, if failed after that they should not get welfare... As they so they are forced to get help on their own and get a job...”
