Yes, at the very least for all children and low income citizens. Also cover prescription glasses and contacts. NB: I do not wear glasses and I have never needed dental work.

Preventative dental care should be covered under counter does universal health care plan for families that are living below the true poverty line. For families who cannot afford preventative dental care. But for those who can afford preventative dental care then they should pay for their own preventative dental care.
