I think that the countries that don't have human rights violations should be a topic of the United Nations council so that they can come together to get rid of these issues, and should receive more money to fix these issues.

We have a national debt. Lets fix our issues before we fix other countries issues. it is obscene to know that our tax dollar may be funded towards terrorist groups. "foreign aid" is bogus, its just bribe money to keep threats from terrorist groups away from our nation. Fund that money to our military, and these weak groups will stay far away from us
