All levels of government require checks and balances. Without federal involvment the education systems on a provincial level are at risk when an incompetent premiere such as Doug Ford is put into power. However, this check doesn't work when the PM is too cowardly to act.

My best argument is that the government should have a role in education because as for healthcare, not everybody has the enough money to pay for their education.
