no because that is there problem and there responsibility not ours and also if we influence them to much and the president/premier of whom Canada was opposing might cut of somethings that they offer or sell to Canada.

We should not interfere in foreign affairs at all unless there is injustices going on in a nation. We have no reason to influence foreign elections. The people of that nation can choose for themselves who they feel is fit to lead them.
