Yes, if the goverment puts limits on the number of homes that can be bought by a person or a company to help ensure everyone will be able to buy a home

In an economic environment where Canadians are in desperate need for affordable housing we are limiting the number of apartment units and eliminating corporations ability to provide such units in a free market. This responsibility will then fall entirely to the federal government. WE NEED SMALLER GOVERNMENT, NOT LARGER!
