Education should be covered by the government at any and all levels and expenses. The only condition is that if you choose to go to school and have it paid for, a certain 5% extra tax is added to your regular taxation every year for as many years as you went to school.

Yes, for citizens of Canada, our universities should be affordable. Students from other countries attending, should bear full cost however.
