Either make it regulated just like alcohol and tobacco or make all three substances illegal. Balance and consistency is important.

Yes, Marijuana use is nowhere near as dangerous as drinking alcohol and is less harmful in many ways.

Legalize and keep the government out of it as much as is intelligently possible. The wars against it, besides perpetuating the high prices and gangsterism, corrupt law enforcement, the judicial system, prisons and foreign policy and its application.
