“Two issues: #1 institutional racism and which would affect aboriginal people from getting hired #2 Far away locations which only have airstrips - you just cannot expect to have the same level of resources available to you. Building infrastructure is not cheap. I think funds are currently properly invested that encourage people of aboriginal descent - such as some contracts which give privilege to aboriginal companies. It's not fair for the long run but good for the next 50 years.”
