“Students should have to pay the full price of their education - maybe even up front - but there should be unlimited loans in order to do so recovered through future earnings. There should also be more scholarships ranging from a 25% refund for simply passing a course to 100% for receiving top grades - all of which would be judged by national standards. Equally as importantly, schools would be capped on how much more money they would spend each year on non-educational spending with aid for infrastructure projects (renovations, more dorms, etc.).”
