I believe it depends on the circumstances and the seriousness of the crime. I also believe they shouldn't be deported if it isn't safe for them to return to their own country

If illegal they should be sent back after serving their sentence. If legal they should serve their sentence.

They shall be held in prison for longer but unless they have there Canadian citizen ship they will serve the canadian sentence for that crime
