Send supplies rather than funds and give to the organizations that help the community rather than the govt. Help more innocent victims.

Yes, but again it depends on how much we can afford to allocate. Economic stability holds priority over humanitarian crises in my eyes.

Send supples rather than funds, and send to organizations who set out to positively help their country rather than to organizations or the government that violate human rights laws.

Decrease or maintain where we are at, but also Canada should focus on helping both indigenous peoples living in bad conditions (i.e. give them clean drinking water), and help out Canadian citizens currently living on the streets.

We should increase the foreign aid spending on countries that do not have any human rights but also most specifically what Canada should do is focus on the indigenous people who are still living in bad conditions.

Increase, but Canada should be more careful with how it coordinates that spending so as to achieve better outcomes

Decrease until we reduce our national budget deficit, and Deng and to countries that harbor or promote terrorism.
