Yes but the stimulus should go to the lowest income earners to spend in their areas. Not to corporations.

No, recession is a natural cycle that purges excess with some exceptions as were necessary in the extreme 2008 recession where spending in both Canadian infrastructure and assisting heavily hit sectors was necessary
