ควร แต่ในกรณีที่การใช้จ่ายนั้นไปยังระบบขนส่งที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมเท่านั้น
It really comes to down to whether you want effective reliable transportation, or have to wait for all the city busesand transit trains to charge for a day. Some people might be ok with it but most probably won't want too.
