Nếu độ tuổi bỏ phiếu tối thiểu được hạ xuống?
Có, bất kỳ công dân nào trả tiền thuế đều được phép bỏ phiếu
The age of voting in Canada is 18, and the reason for that is because at this age these people start to be more affected by government policies. This isn't to say that people under the age of 18 aren't already affected, but it's not substantial enough to give them a reason to look into the meaning behind these affects. By starting to affect them at around age 16, it gives them a general idea of how they are affected by the government so that by the time they 18 and can vote, they have a general understanding behind the logistics of government policies.
