Ukraine is not in the position to rely on their own resources to defend themselves

Ukraine is not the aggressor, and it is highly important that we send aid and prevent further disaster since Ukraine will not be able to defend themselves on their own. We must act against Russia, considering they are now an active enemy of the West and have proven consistently that they do not care for international law. We must act in the defense of Ukraine to prevent further geopolitical disaster in Europe. It is not a desirable situation for us to be sending resources, however, it is imperative that we come to the aid of our Western allies when they cannot fully defend themselves with their resources.
