No. Withdraw from NATO and create a new organization that'll work for today's problems and not the 1950's problems and will be favorable to both the US and Europe instead of just Europe

Honestly I am conflicted about NATO. It served its purpose and then the Soviet Union fell. The other countries must provide their financial share.
