The quality of care will vary for each prison, we cant say just because it likely that it will happen and perhaps the opposite will happen.

Private prisons charge inflated prices for basic necessities like hygiene products or communications (phone calls, emails). Prisoners are paid pennies, forced to work long hours to afford these needs, all the while leaving rehabilitation programs to the wayside.
