For starters, I don’t support brute force, in fact, I’m mostly anti-police force in most aspects. I don’t want people’s lives oppressed, it’s about the corporations and the choice of the people. The choice isn’t by as slim of a margin as 51-49, if we are truly split on something at that level, then, depending upon circumstances, we should try and ignore that issue until the margin is higher. I believe that the benefit of the entire whole is greater than that of a tiny portion’s comfort, which is why I’d suggest a progressive fair tax system. We are also neither exclusively a democracy, nor a republic, we are BOTH.
When trump is trying to decrease the powers of the “deep state” he is putting the leftover powers directly into his own pockets. The DOJ will be his tool of exacting revenge, he’s stated that himself, all while complaining about Biden doing it when he’s not even near the helm of the investigation. My greater concern right now is what that power goes to if Project 2025 is enacted, along with the unscientific policies inside the Mandate. We can worry about their accountability later, but I am more concerned about the movement of independent agencies from neither congress nor the president, to direct control by the president.
The only church that you’d support is likely just most Christian sects, since if we’re going to let religious morality have a high influence on government (the founding fathers practically begged the population not to let that happen) then Muslim, Buddhist, Wiccan, Satanic, and Hindu beliefs are allowed as well.
