Yes but it was done poorly and clearly only people within the "boys club" were licensed to grow/sell but most of them have no idea what they were doing so the quality of the product is terrible, and pricing is awful so people are still buying off the street.

If it is safe, then yes. However, if people are stoned and are harming themselves or others, actions should be taken.

it allows the use of a drug that isn't the best but isn't the worst. I think that it was for people to do drugs without being arrested or fined, but not have the worst consequences

Yes and no. People need to understand that being high in public is not very far off from being drunk in public. But they arent getting it off of the streets and it is safe for them to use

Yes, but only after a the ADULT undergoes an acessible test to prove that they understand the risks. There should also be mandates on where you can and cannot smoke Marijuana, such as on school property.

Yes, but only if the adult passes a test detailing the effects and resorces for drug abuse. Those with criminal drug charges should go through a harder and longer process.
