Women can receive comprehensive training, especially when their physical capabilities may differ from those of their male counterparts in the force, to ensure that they can achieve peak performance

The success of a military mission is about the training, skills and capabilities of each soldier and has little to nothing to do with gender. We have seen both men and women serve in the past and it has been successful so far. The focus should be on how good the training is, and how well each soldier completes their role. Gender should not be a factor in this topic.

Women can be given more thorough training if they are physically weaker compared to their male counterparts in the force, so they can be on the same level.
