yes, however all voters should be requited to pass a basic civics test in order to demonstrate their understanding of politics.
I think it should be lowered to young adults such as 15-17 but nothing under those ages. Also the people need to be educated.

People no younger then 15 should be able to vote as long as they pass a test that proves that they understand the current political system and are mature.

No any voter should be 18 years of age and a voter should be given a basic course as to how the Canadian gov and elections work, and explain each candidates stances in a neutral unbiased standpoint they should be given relevant information from each candidate to make a self thought decision at home on their on time to before voting.
