Yes the only material that should be used is biodegradable because plastic may be ruining our ecosystem however making paper straws,bags , wooden spoons etc is also very bad for our environment because we are taking down trees

Because there are reservations in Canada that rely on plastic and such for their needs. The government should fix the water issues in most reserves before they ban plastics.

Smaller business should be able to be free of this as its mostly major and larger corporations causing the plastic waste to end up everywhere in the environment. But for large corporations i.e McDonald's, A&W, and other large businesses should have this ban be in effect to them.

No, Create an energy fee that is similar to recycling return fees, this allows homeless to generate more money and keeps garbage off the streets and properties.
