Yes, not every provincial government may place as high of a priority on the importance of maintaining and developing the transportation industry.

The government should invest in commuter urban rail transposition. Trains are a great alternative to using cars. There should be more options to get around in cities such as monorail, train, subway and what not. Cities shouldn't be built around cars it's dystopian.
