I do personally beleive that promoting social welfare is incredibly important as many people struggle with employment and there should be a large saftey net to help protect those in need but to a point as that could possibly insentivize those who don't want to be a productive member of society to live of the government

Systemic change needs to occur. So many social issues can be solved by eliminating or at least drastically reducing the amount of poor people. When people don’t have to report to “any means necessary” to support themselves or their families, you’ll see many different positive changes as a result.
