According to me, diversity respects the individual's emotions related to their culture. It allows the exchange of ideas, cultural richness, and mutual respect.

I believe that it is only right that all humans are treated equally. People shouldn't be judged on uncontrollable parts of themselves such as race and therefore should not be used against anyone because it is simply unfair and reasonable.

I am sad to see this archaic idea prevail in modern society. It stems out of inadequecy and hate and false power. We must all come together no matter our beliefs.

To preserve a single national culture is to ignore the unique ideals, values and contributions of every culture. Diversity would be lost if all the characteristics of cultures were merged into one.
