Operating on one hour’s sleep, Bruce Fanjoy was bleary eyed, but smiling Tuesday as he began to absorb his stunning defeat of Pierre Poilievre in the riding the Conservative leader had a lock on for 21 years. “This is my resting face,” Fanjoy joked of his ever-present smile.
