Yes, limited to three terms maximum. But the Prime Minster should be voted for directly and separately so the executive functions are separate from the Parliament functions.

Yes, but in a depends scenario, like there should be a board that decides if the prime minister has contributed or downgraded the overall country's state, if downgraded then there should be term limits.
