I believe they should pay more but not significantly. Say, if you make over a certain amount a year than your tax rate might be slightly higher.

Make there be more tax brackets, that make it where the final tax bracket involves anyone who is part of the top 2% income earners.

Yes the government should but only for the highest income brackets, for instance income of more than 150k per year
