People should not be able to buy hard drugs for recreational use. Instead the people who are buying illegally should have less punishment and be rehabilitated to a place where they can work through the addiction. Because addiction is a disease and takes over you. Narcan kits should also be provided more often than not to prevent those who are overdosing from a overdose
