In September 2019 the government introduced a plan where prospective home buyers can finance 5-10% of their mortgage via a shared equity program administered by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Households who make $120K or less and put down 5% will qualify for the program which will cost an estimated $1.25 billion.

The income should be less then 120 000
The government should should leave home buyers alone. They can make as much money as they want
I don't think the government should have to subsidize home buyers at all. They should restrict home buying/property ownership to Canadian citizens only and stop foreign nationals from owning Canadian land in the first place.
The question is not specific enough to accurately answer.
Make homebuying easier and more affordable
No, but should provide incentives to provide more options for low-income individuals and groups in terms of housing.
Canadian homes should belong to Canadian citizens
No, but the government should limit the number of homes bought by a single entity.
Rather than subsidizing home buyers, the government should control housing prices by prohibiting foreign land ownership.
Prohibit international interests from purchasing residential real estate in Canada, thereby driving up tue cost of housing.
Yes, if they reduce regulation on residential developments to avoid demand-pull inflation.
I feel as if they should for people who actually need the help but some others just say that to use the goverment.

what does subsidize mean

Depends on how much they make
No. But, eliminate government interference in housing market and economy, that artificially drives housing prices up and deflates our currency value.
I'm against foreign and domestic investors and buyers making a monopoly of the real estate market!
The Government should give them money but should make them take an oath to use it for its intended purpose.
I don't really understand the issue
No, Government should restrict building houses and build more condo apartments to reduce destruction of environment
