There should be a maximum age politicians have to be under to run. This would mean politicians would actually have to experience/live with the policies they pass.

Politicians of any should be required to pass a mental competency test, and we should ban everybody over the age of 60 who try to run as politicians.

Bar all politicians from seeking re-election (they can finish their term) once they turn 75, & enact a maximum age to run for office at that age.

No, mental competency is too subjective and leaders should not be allowed to run for office over the age of 75.
