No, Quebec and the rest of Canada have a deeply interwoven history and culture together. There is no Canada without Quebec.

No, Quebec already has their own identity as a Province.
Becoming their own country will only create problems. They can't even get onboard when it comes to agreeing to stay on Eastern Standard Time. Quebec is holding the entire eastern seaboard hostage by not complying.

yes, but they take their share of debt, cut from all Canada support, and deal fairly with First Nations groups
