No. Add daycares into the educational system. Charge a flat fee and allow subsidies for low income families.

$10 is a pipedream. Gear it to income for more realistic results. Wages cost money as do food and other needs. $10? really?!

No. It's a sad state of affairs when both parents are forced to work all-day, every-day just to support children they never get to see.

The need for daycare policy lies in the fact that life is too expensive to be able to stay with children- this is a bandaid fix

Daycare should be affordable for all and $10 per day for home daycare or centres. Pay the child care workers higher wages like teachers.
