Yes with priority to multi family developments like fourplexes, row houses, two story condominiums and apartments (not luxury apartments). New policies need to be enacted so developers see profit in better quality multi family developments that favor mixed income groups

The government should not get involved in the housing business. It's a private sector, and people shouldn't rely on the government to be able to buy and build a home.
