Should Supreme Court judges be required to be fluent in French and English?

It discriminates against those who may not understand both languages, but at the same time, a French-speaking person does have the right to speak in their native tongue to the court.

No but require them to be fluent in either English or French with a translation in the other language for those who can't one of the other languages and a translation for other languages
