Yes, drug abuse should be treated as a health issue, not a criminal issue
It should definitely be treated as a health issue as addiction can cause many problems as well as mental health issues.

No it has caused more problems we need to focus on rehab centers, mental health, and rehabilitation centers!!

No, this would encourage drug use and lower funding for rehabilitation centers
I have seen it first hand as well, the problem has gotten extremely worse since they opened, I was a cleaner in downtown peterborough and had to deal with alot.…
