Hard drugs (i.e., truly illicit narcotics) should remain banned, however treatment and rehabilitation should be the focus of domestic drug policy. Steady the path of decrimilization, as treatment is needed, not more jail time.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
