It is already covered, and should only be applicable to transgendered persons, not people who decide they don't like gender roles and decide to be non-binary (a choice)

No, but we should have laws that prevent any form of discrimination, but since gender identity is subjective it would be impossible to have a law that covers all the possible interpretations of gender.

I would advocate repealing all so-called "anti-discrimination" laws and adopt a robust and radical policy to strengthen people's right to freely associate and discriminate for whatever reasons they choose. We have a deficiency of shame in our society, and our tolerance has run amok, and we can't hope to repair our culture with such laws on the book.

It depends upon how it is used. Like if they are brutally murdered for being trans then yes but i feel someone would use this law as "someone misgendered me put them in jail"

Its regressive to think that if a boy wears dresses it means he feels like a girl its just a boy who likes dresses

Anti-discrimination laws should only be used when there is real ham (fires from jobs, not allowed to rent a house, etc.) instead of protecting feelings

Sexuality identity should be allowed, but gender identity should be allowed if medically Proven.
