No, most government workers are corrupt and lazy. They should be monitored 24/7 and fired if they aren't productive.

add restricitons on how they can strike, and what they can do while on strike. also make sure services are still open for the public to use while the employees are on strike (example: have only a portion of employees strike, and have the rest keep on working, to ensure services can still be used).

I believe every one has the right to strike. But I’m also not in favor of how unions are currently run.

Yes but binding on third party arbitration should be an option available to force an end to strikes that go on too long.
