If they have citizenship, they should serve their sentance as a Canadian in Canada.

If it is safe for them to return to their country then they can go back after committing a serious crime to serve their sentence, but if that's not the case they should be able to serve their sentence here.

Immigrants who came illegally should be deported if they do nothing since they are committing a crime just by coming here so yes They should get a death sentence for committing a serious crime
