I believe it depends on the circumstances and the seriousness of the crime. I also believe they shouldn't be deported if it isn't safe for them to return to their own country

I think it depends on the nature of the crime, does it show that they are using their immigration status to do crime, or is that a part of the crime's circumstance - the fact that they are an immigrant
