I agree with Yes, but decrease the amount. I would also like to add that it should raise and fall based on the on going world situations, if it affects our country or the world with importance I believe we should put more into WHO if there is no situation like that we should lower our contribution

Yes, and and the WHO should no longer be able to accept funding from private donors such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
