Neutral. If a Canadian flag flying at a government building was burned, this act is considered a form of vandalism, which is illegal. If someone bought their own flag and burned, I do not believe that should be considered a crime.

No, I dont think it should be illegal because people burn stuff all the time. Unless the flag is not rightfully theirs and a big place owns it. (ex. the flag infront of City Hall.)

in the end if depends if it is a flag for an important area yes but if its jus a cheap dollar store one i dont think it matters hey paid for it
