I think it's important for kids to realize people are different from each other, teaching kids about other cultures is a fun learning experience.

Diversity training should take into account the different cultures and realities that different students face, so a uniform approach may not address each community the same or even be effective.

Diversity training should be brought up in equality however, this is not the case. DEI policies are a joke. There is not a single company that has benefited from this nonsense. The Endeavor Airlines crash in Toronto 2025 is a prime example because of the policy, an unqualified pilot was given the job and crashed the plane.

Close the Demographic gap between Catholic , Private and Public schools . Education of diversity including The LGBTQ shall be prohibited to pre-pubescent children .

Diversity training should be encouraged but not required except when students commit acts of discrimination, then diversity training should be required for those students.
