Should schools be allowed to require mandatory diversity training for students?

Diversity training is any program designed to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively. On April 22, 2022, Florida Governor DeSantis signed into law the “Individual Freedom Act.” The bill prohibited schools and companies from mandating diversity training as a requirement for attendance or employment. I think it's important for kids to realize people are different from each other, teaching kids about other cultures is a fun learning experience.

Diversity training should take into account the different cultures and realities that different students face, so a uniform approach may not address each community the same or even be effective.

Diversity training should be brought up in equality however, this is not the case. DEI policies are a joke. There is not a single company that has benefited from this nonsense. The Endeavor Airlines crash in Toronto 2025 is a prime example because of the policy, an unqualified pilot was given the job and crashed the plane.

Close the Demographic gap between Catholic , Private and Public schools . Education of diversity including The LGBTQ shall be prohibited to pre-pubescent children .
