1. They are proven lucid and mentally competent enough to fully understand their choice.
2. If there is no chance they will survive their illness.
3. They should be allowed to refuse the treatment if they feel like it, along with artificial life support.
4. Legalize all forms of other forms of euthanasia in Canada.

Yes, but the government should also prioritize improving access to shelter, food, healthcare, and other necessary resources in order to ensure euthanasia is not a decision made out of duress.
