Yes simply for diplomacy and leverage, but the U.N. does no real peacekeeping and have become a dysfunctional organization that does not protect the rights it was originally created for.

Yes, but use that presence to encourage other members to improve their standing in regards to human rights violations, along with improving our own.

We should maintain a presence at the UN only so that Canada is represented. The mandate and benefit of the United Nations has changed drastically and is now in the control of the uber-rich.

Canada should withdraw from the United Nations as it is just an even more useless version of the League of Nations.

The UN must be transformed into another entity with Russia in the first place expelled. All other totalitarian states like China or Iran must be excluded, as well.
