there is no heartbeat, it is not a "baby." it is an embryo and is not alive

women should be able to choose what they want to do with their bodies and nobody else should be coming in the way of that. no matter if it was an accident or on purpose, if the lady does not want the baby, she don't got to have it. for example, if a minor got raped and got pregnant, she should not be forced to keep the baby which could ruin her future.
